Junior Barista


We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Junior Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a range of drinks including coffee, tea, smoothies, and other specialty beverages
- Ensure consistent quality in all drinks served
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and make recommendations to customers
- Follow health and safety guidelines in food preparation and handling
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and restocking supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or complaints

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Al-Kuwait with own visa
- No previous experience required; training will be provided
- Basic knowledge of coffee-making equipment is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
