The restaurant manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a background in the food and beverage industry. This is a full-time position based in Al-Malikiyah with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Train and manage restaurant staff to maintain high levels of customer service and efficiency
- Create schedules and assign tasks to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Oversee inventory management and ordering to maintain adequate stock levels
- Monitor financial performance and make necessary adjustments to meet budget goals
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant
- Collaborate with chefs to create new menu items and specials
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Develop relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable pricing for ingredients and supplies
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and maintain team morale

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management preferred but not required
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
