Job Title: Surveyor

A reputable construction company in Muharraq is seeking a skilled Surveyor to join their team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting surveys and measurements to determine property boundaries, as well as collecting and analyzing data. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Accommodation will be provided for the selected candidate. This position is open to candidates of all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys and measurements to determine property boundaries
- Use specialized equipment and software to collect and analyze data
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey findings
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure accuracy of survey results
- Keep accurate records of field notes, survey results, and other relevant information
- Perform quality control checks on data collected during surveys
- Attend project meetings and provide technical expertise when needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser levels
- Knowledge of surveying software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to land surveying in Muharraq is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
