Construction Project Coordinator

A leading construction company in Hawalli is seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. This full-time position is open to Egyptian nationals who are fluent in English and have a valid visa to work in Kuwait.

As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects, from planning to execution. You will work closely with the project manager and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, subcontractor management, and materials procurement.
- Communicate effectively with project manager, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor progress of projects and prepare regular reports for project manager.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Identify any issues or challenges that may arise during construction and provide timely solutions.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, etc.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Construction Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with construction processes, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
