Construction Manager - Hawalli, Kuwait


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Hawalli, Kuwait. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for each project
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Monitor progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is being done according to plans
- Manage project budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors
- Hire and train staff as needed for each project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
