Hotel Manager

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at our luxury hotel in Doha. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profits. Your main duties will include managing and training staff, creating budgets, maintaining inventory levels, and implementing strategies to attract and retain guests.

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong financial management skills
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Indian nationality preferred
