IT Manager - Umm-Salal

We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to oversee all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading our software, hardware, and networking systems to ensure they meet the needs of our growing business. You will also manage a team of IT professionals and collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of company data
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of software, hardware, and networking systems
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation in order to improve business processes
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that meet those needs
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Ensure all software licenses are up-to-date and comply with relevant laws and regulations
- Manage relationships with external vendors for hardware, software, and maintenance services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and best practices
- Proficient in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, network infrastructure design, cloud services, etc.
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve under pressure

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Umm-Salal
