Entry Level Merchandiser



As an Entry Level Merchandiser, you will be responsible for supporting the merchandising team in executing product placement and display strategies to drive sales and enhance the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing merchandising plans and strategies to effectively showcase products
- Ensure all products are displayed according to company standards and guidelines
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor product placement and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure stock levels are maintained and products are replenished as needed
- Work closely with visual merchandisers to create attractive displays that highlight key products and promotions
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in visual presentation and product placement
- Assist with inventory management, including counting stock, organizing backroom storage, and fulfilling special orders
- Build relationships with store managers and staff to ensure effective communication and execution of merchandising plans

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certificate in retail or merchandising preferred
- 1+ years of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a merchandising capacity
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

Location: Al Buraymi
Salary: $1300 per month (contract job)
Visa & Ticket: Provided by employer (for non-Omani nationals)
