Crane Operator



We are hiring a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining different types of cranes on our construction sites. Your main goal will be to safely and efficiently lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Inspect and maintain the crane's mechanical and electrical components
- Ensure safe operation of the crane by following all safety protocols and regulations
- Communicate with ground crew to ensure safe movement of materials
- Understand and follow load charts to determine safe lifting capacities
- Report any malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately
- Keep accurate records of daily operations, maintenance tasks, and any incidents that may occur

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a crane operator in a construction environment
- Valid crane operator license or certification
- Knowledge of different types of cranes and their functions
- Ability to read load charts and understand weight distribution calculations
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills to effectively work with ground crew members
