Sales Manager (Contract)
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Manama. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth in the company. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month, without accommodation. Women are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination across the company

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
- Familiarity with market trends and customer needs in the relevant industry
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
