Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the office team in Nizwa. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$. The ideal candidate should have a biometric passport and be willing to work without accommodation. This is a great opportunity for those without prior experience to gain valuable skills and experience in an office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing correspondence, including emails and letters
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating appointments
- Drafting and editing documents, such as reports and presentations
- Greeting visitors and clients
- Ordering office supplies
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport (preferred)
Preferred:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, etc.
Location: Nizwa, Oman. This position is open to all nationalities.
Salary: 1400$ per month.
