As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to elderly or disabled individuals in their daily activities. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication management, and light housekeeping. You will also provide companionship and engage in activities to promote physical and mental well-being.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
- Strong time-management skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Valid certification in first aid and CPR
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
