Merchandiser - Ajman, UAE


We are currently seeking a highly driven and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper display and availability of products in retail stores, as well as analyzing sales data and trends to make strategic decisions for product placement.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers for timely restocking
- Conduct store visits to ensure proper display of products according to brand guidelines
- Analyze sales data and consumer trends to make informed decisions on product assortment and placement
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns
- Train store staff on product knowledge, promotions, and merchandising techniques
- Participate in product development meetings to provide input on market trends and customer preferences

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in the retail industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and consumer trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
