Entry-Level Construction Manager

As an Entry-Level Construction Manager, you will oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of construction projects in the city of Muharraq. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a contract position that does not require prior experience in construction management.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with project planning and scheduling
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Review and approve project budgets and cost estimates
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure their work meets quality standards
- Manage on-site construction activities and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
- Keep detailed records of project progress, expenses, and materials used

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders effectively
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques, materials, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings (preferred)
- Valid driver's license (preferred)

Compensation:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
