Construction Manager - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee various building projects in Al Ahmadi. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to overseeing on-site activities and ensuring quality standards are met. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of construction processes and regulations in Kuwait. Fluency in Arabic is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided, so candidates must already have housing in Al Ahmadi or be willing to secure their own. This is an urgent opportunity with potential for growth within our company.
