Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Our construction company is seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in the Middle East region. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month, with the possibility of visa sponsorship for non-Kuwaiti nationals.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans and schedules, and ensure they are carried out within budget and on time
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure successful project completion
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project stays on track
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment needed for projects
- Hire, train, and supervise construction workers as needed
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry (preferably in the Middle East)
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in project management software (such as Microsoft Project)
