We are a popular coffee shop in Nizwa, Oman seeking a talented Junior Barista to join our team. As a Junior Barista, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious coffee beverages.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare various coffee beverages according to our menu and customer requests
- Ensure quality control of all drinks prepared
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting, taking orders, and handling payments
- Engage with customers to suggest and upsell additional products or menu items
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- No previous experience is required; we are willing to train the right candidate
- Must have a passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing methods
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Attention to detail for consistently creating high-quality drinks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1100 per month. Additional benefits include visa sponsorship for non-Omani nationals, free staff meals during shifts, and opportunities for career growth within our company.
