Barista - Nizwa


We are in search of a skilled Barista to join our team in Nizwa. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious coffee and tea beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take orders and prepare coffee, tea, and other hot/cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Ensure quality control by measuring and grinding coffee beans, monitoring brewing temperatures, and maintaining clean equipment
- Provide recommendations on our menu items based on customer preferences
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is located in the beautiful city of Nizwa. While accommodation is not provided, there are plenty of affordable living options available in the area.
