Mason Supervisor


We are seeking an experienced Mason Supervisor to join our construction team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of masons to ensure high-quality and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of masons to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Monitor progress and quality of masonry work, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and project specifications
- Train and mentor junior masons to improve their skills and knowledge
- Manage materials and equipment, ensuring they are used effectively and efficiently
- Collaborate with other supervisors and project managers to plan, schedule, and execute projects
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to provide updates on project progress
- Maintain accurate records of work hours, materials used, and project expenses

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mason Supervisor in a construction company
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Must have own visa for Saudi Arabia
