Executive Chef

Our 5-star hotel in Nizwa is seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen, from menu planning and food preparation to managing inventory and maintaining food safety standards. Your creativity and passion for food will help us maintain our reputation for exceptional cuisine.

Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus that reflect current culinary trends and meet the dietary needs of our guests
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring high quality and consistency
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to ensure profitability
- Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to maintain a positive work environment and high level of performance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
- Monitor and implement food safety standards to ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Extensive knowledge of different cuisines and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month, along with benefits such as accommodation, transportation, medical insurance, and annual leave.
