Floral Designer/Arranger


We are seeking a talented Floral Designer/Arranger to join our team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As a floral designer/arranger, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and corporate events.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and arranging floral displays according to client's preferences and event theme
- Selecting the appropriate flowers, foliage, and other decorative elements
- Maintaining inventory of flowers and supplies
- Ensuring quality control of all arrangements
- Providing exceptional customer service by listening to clients' requests and offering creative suggestions
- Keeping up with industry trends and techniques to offer new and innovative designs
- Managing budget and ordering supplies as needed
- Collaborating with event planners and other vendors to ensure smooth execution of events

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a floral designer/arranger or similar role
- Creative eye for design and attention to detail
- Knowledge of various types of flowers, foliage, and their care requirements
- Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in floral design is preferred
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Experience working with different cultures is highly desired
- Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work with tools such as scissors, knives, wire cutters, etc.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1600 per month. The exact salary will depend on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
