Administrative Assistant
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Medina, Africa. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to the management team and ensure smooth operation of our office. This is a part-time position with a salary of $900 per month and accommodation will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and managing emails
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the management team
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, tracking expenses, and processing payments
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Provide support to other departments as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
