Job Title: Loader Supervisor

As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods at our warehouse in Ar-Ruwais. Your main duties will include supervising a team of loaders, ensuring that all loading activities are carried out efficiently and accurately, and maintaining a safe working environment. You will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolving any issues that may arise during the loading process.

To excel in this role, you should have experience working as a loader and possess strong leadership skills. You must also have excellent communication skills, as you will be required to communicate with team members from different backgrounds. A valid driver's license is preferred but not required.

As this role involves physically demanding work, we are looking for candidates who are physically fit and able to lift heavy objects. Previous experience in a supervisory role is highly preferred.
