Skilled Handyman in Bayan


We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Bayan. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties. Your duties will include but are not limited to plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general repairs. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of trades, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have excellent attention to detail. An African nationality is preferred but not required. A biometric passport is also preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, changing light bulbs, and repairing appliances
- Handle minor repairs such as patching drywall, replacing tiles, and fixing doors
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing and electrical issues
- Complete carpentry tasks such as building shelves or repairing furniture
- Paint interiors and exteriors of properties as needed
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general repairs
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with good time-management abilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with clients professionally

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Bayan.

Language Requirement:
Fluency in English is required for this position.
