Residential Handyman


As a Residential Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in private homes. Your main duties will include fixing and installing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as repairing or replacing appliances, furniture, and fixtures. You will also be expected to handle general carpentry tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and minor construction projects.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in residential maintenance or related fields. You must possess strong technical skills and knowledge of various tools and equipment used for repairs. Good communication skills are essential for interacting with homeowners and understanding their needs.

This position requires a high level of physical fitness as you will be required to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor. You must also have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between job sites in Bayan.

As an Indian-speaking handyman, you will have an advantage in communicating with clients who prefer someone who can speak their language. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.
