Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Hawalli. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, and developing strategies to increase company revenue. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet individual and team goals
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential opportunities for growth
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team and provide coaching and training as needed
- Build strong relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty and retention
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall company objectives
- Prepare regular sales reports and present them to upper management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Familiarity with CRM software preferred
- Fluency in English is required
