We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and managing the staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and ordering supplies
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing any customer concerns or complaints
- Train and develop staff to uphold high standards of service and food quality
- Create schedules for employees and manage payroll
- Monitor and maintain budgetary goals and ensure profitability of the restaurant
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss goals, performance, and any issues that arise
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain current ones
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalee speakers preferred)
- Proven track record of managing budgets and achieving profitability goals
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
