Head Chef


We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring quality and consistency in all dishes. You will also be responsible for managing kitchen staff, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

- Developing creative and delicious menus that cater to our diverse clientele
- Training and supervising kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation
- Monitoring food inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen at all times
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborating with management to develop new dishes and improve existing ones
- Managing food costs by minimizing waste and controlling portion sizes
- Creating schedules for kitchen staff to ensure adequate coverage during busy periods

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive knowledge of different cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or Malayalam is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality

Salary: 1600$ per month.
