Junior Accountant

We are a growing accounting firm located in Dar Kulaib and we are seeking a Junior Accountant to join our team. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of financial statements, maintaining records of financial transactions, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting regulations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in accounting or related field, strong analytical skills, and excellent attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience and grow in their accounting career. Salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements
- Record and maintain financial transactions
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting regulations
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Maintain accurate records of financial data
- Support senior accountants with various tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 1+ years of experience in an accounting role preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have own visa/work permit for employment in Dar Kulaib
