Office Clerk
We are hiring an Office Clerk to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. This position is perfect for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for administrative work. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining files, answering phone calls, and providing general support to the office staff. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and strong communication skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and electronic
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Greet visitors and direct them to the correct location
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute office correspondence as needed
- Provide general support to the office staff as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Clerk or in an administrative role preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Salary: 1100$ per month
