Construction Manager

Our construction company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Sharjah. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers. You will also be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience in budgeting and cost control
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Hindi or Urdu is a plus)
- Must be willing to work on a contract basis without accommodation

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the construction process from planning to completion
- Develop project schedules and ensure that they are followed by all parties involved
- Monitor progress against project timelines and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track
- Manage project budgets and ensure that costs are controlled within approved limits
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Review technical drawings and specifications to identify any potential issues or conflicts
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding project progress
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
