Construction Project Manager


We are in need of an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction projects and possess strong leadership skills. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process, from initial design to final completion. You will also be responsible for managing project budgets, timelines, and ensuring quality control. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Supervise on-site construction teams
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates and any issues that may arise
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control
- Resolve any construction-related problems in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Proven experience in managing construction projects from start to finish
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read blueprints and plans

Preferences:
We welcome applicants from all nationalities but give preference to Indian or African candidates. English fluency is required for this role. Experience working on construction projects in Sharjah or the UAE is also preferred.
