Job Title: Contract Administrator


We are currently hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and negotiating contracts with clients, vendors, and other third parties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Negotiate contract terms with clients, vendors, and other partners to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents
- Monitor contract performance to ensure all parties are meeting their obligations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage contract changes, extensions, or terminations
- Ensure timely renewal of contracts and manage any necessary updates or amendments
- Serve as the main point of contact for any contract-related inquiries or issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration or related role
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and principles related to contracts
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines effectively

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for the right candidate.

City:
This position is located in Nizwa, a historic city located in the interior region of Oman. Nizwa is known for its traditional souks (markets), beautiful fortresses, and rich cultural heritage.

Contract job:
This is a contract position with an initial duration of one year. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to extend their contract based on performance.
