Loader Supervisor

As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods and materials at our warehouse in Al-Kuwait. Your main duties will include coordinating the daily activities of a team of loaders, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately, and maintaining a safe working environment. You will also be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and communicating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience as a loader or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in basic math calculations
- Must have a valid biometric passport from Pakistan
- English language proficiency is not required, but preferred
- Must be willing to relocate to Al-Kuwait for the duration of employment

Salary: $1400 per month with accommodation provided.
