Executive Chef
As an Executive Chef at our high-end restaurant in Khasab, your main responsibility will be to oversee the culinary operations and ensure the delivery of exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be in charge of creating innovative and delicious menus, managing the kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene. Your creativity, leadership skills, and passion for food will be crucial to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and high-quality menus that cater to a diverse clientele
- Train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring high levels of productivity, efficiency, and teamwork
- Oversee food preparation processes to meet food safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving common goals
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Certification in food safety/sanitation procedures is a plus
Salary: $1300 per month
Location: Khasab (Preference given to Omani nationals)
