Office Assistant


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items as needed
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for delivery
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and invoicing
- Manage office filing system and update records as necessary
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Previous experience in an office setting is required
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid visa sponsorship or transferable visa
