Office Assistant for Pakistani National in Al-Khor
We are urgently seeking a full-time Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Pakistani national, you will play an important role in providing administrative support to our office. You must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily office operations and tasks such as answering phones, filing, and data entry
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
- Must be a Pakistani national living in Al-Khor or willing to relocate
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience as an office assistant or similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
