Sous Chef
Our restaurant in Lusail is seeking an experienced and creative Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen, you will work alongside the Head Chef to lead and manage the kitchen staff and ensure the highest quality of food is consistently delivered to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong knowledge of Indian cuisine. You must also be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Responsibilities include developing new menu items, maintaining food quality and safety standards, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and training kitchen staff. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting.
