Job Title: Office Assistant - Bayan, Kuwait
We are currently hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our office operations. This is a contract position with a salary of $900 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders when necessary
- Keep the office clean and organized at all times
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, etc.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude
Preferences:
