Restaurant Manager - Ar Rumaythiyah

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Ar Rumaythiyah. You will ensure that our guests receive excellent service and that our staff is working efficiently to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Your main duties will include managing inventory, creating schedules, training and supervising staff, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are being followed.

To be successful in this role, you must have strong leadership skills and the ability to multitask effectively. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a managerial position in the restaurant industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant
- Oversee inventory and ordering supplies
- Train, schedule, and supervise staff
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Monitor budgets and control costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with restaurant management software (e.g. POS)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Understanding of budgeting procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Ar Rumaythiyah

Employment Type: Full-time
