Art Director - Creative Studio (Al-Khor, Qatar)


We are seeking a highly creative and talented Art Director to join our dynamic team at our Creative Studio in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing visual concepts for various projects, ensuring that they align with the brand's vision and objectives. This is a contract job with a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative and impactful visual concepts for campaigns, advertisements, and other creative projects.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and concepts that align with the brand's vision.
- Oversee the design process from concept development to final execution, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
- Provide guidance and feedback to designers to ensure consistency in style, tone, and quality of work.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the creative output of the studio.
- Present concepts and designs to clients or stakeholders, incorporating feedback as needed.
- Work closely with other departments such as marketing and production to ensure all visual elements are aligned with the overall strategy.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Art Director in a creative agency or similar environment.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas and collaborate with team members.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and ability to translate them into visually appealing designs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of digital media platforms is preferred.
