Executive Chef
We are hiring an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Khasab. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, from menu planning and food preparation to managing kitchen staff and ensuring high-quality meals are served to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop menus in collaboration with management
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high standards are maintained
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other employees
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Create new dishes and recipes while also taking into consideration customer preferences and dietary restrictions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, quality standards, and menu development
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Creativity in developing new dishes while also adhering to budget constraints
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary: 1700$ per month (without accommodation)
