Head Chef - Manama, Bahrain

As a Head Chef at our restaurant in Manama, Bahrain, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations. You must have strong leadership skills and be able to manage and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff. Your creativity and passion for food will drive the menu development and ensure that our dishes are of the highest quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining food safety standards, managing inventory and ordering supplies, as well as creating schedules for the kitchen staff. The ideal candidate should have a culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen setting. Prior experience in a leadership role is preferred.
