Machine Operator - Contract Position (Pakistani Nationals)

We are currently seeking experienced Machine Operators for a short-term contract position in Al-Kuwait. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machinery in a manufacturing or production environment. This position requires individuals who are detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and able to work efficiently under time constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to specifications and ensure proper operation
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Meet production goals and deadlines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production setting
- Familiarity with various types of machinery and their functions
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals
- Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Available for flexible working hours, including overtime if needed
