Executive Chef - Indian/Egyptian Cuisine (Temporary)
We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Indian and Egyptian cuisine restaurant. Your main duties will include creating new and innovative menu items, managing food inventory and ordering, training and supervising kitchen staff, maintaining high food quality and safety standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Indian and/or Egyptian cuisine, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. A passion for creating delicious dishes and a drive for continuous improvement is essential. Good communication skills are also important for effectively managing the kitchen team. This is a temporary position with potential for full-time employment based on performance. English language skills are not required but would be considered an asset.
