Machine Operator

We are searching for a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in El-Ain. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to produce high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery and make repairs or notify maintenance team
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery
- Keep accurate records of production output and machine maintenance activities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting
- Strong technical skills with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Familiarity with various types of machinery such as lathes, mills, grinders, etc.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to spot potential issues with machinery before they become major problems
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds

We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month along with opportunities for growth within our company. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility in working hours.
