Construction Manager



We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in the city of Bayan. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

Your main duties will include coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, obtaining necessary permits and licenses, and overseeing the project's progress to ensure quality standards are met. You will also be responsible for managing resources, such as materials and labor, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. You must also be familiar with building codes and regulations in the city of Bayan. A degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses
- Monitor project progress to ensure quality standards are met
- Manage resources such as materials and labor

- Communicate with clients regarding project updates

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in the city of Bayan
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Familiarity with construction management software is a plus
- Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
