Entry Level Merchandiser - Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Merchandiser in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring our products are displayed and marketed effectively in stores to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct store visits to ensure products are displayed according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and work with store managers to replenish stock as needed
- Set up attractive displays and arrange products in an appealing manner
- Collaborate with sales team to develop promotions and marketing strategies for specific products
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
- Maintain good relationships with store managers and negotiate prime shelf space for our products
- Monitor sales performance of products and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail sales is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: 1000$ per month
