Cashier (Al Buraymi)
We are currently seeking a reliable and efficient Cashier to join our team in Al Buraymi. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized checkout area, as well as providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store
- Scan items and process payments accurately
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Issue receipts, change, and refunds to customers
- Maintain accurate records of transactions
- Ensure all prices are accurate and up-to-date
- Bag and wrap purchases for customers
- Keep checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or store policies
- Upsell products or services when appropriate
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a cashier or in a similar role
- Excellent math skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred
- Must have own visa or sponsorship available
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
This is a full-time job with the following schedule:
Sunday to Thursday: 9am - 6pm
Friday: 9am - 12pm
Saturday: Closed
