As an Indian Executive Chef in Dubai, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the kitchen and culinary operations. This includes creating and implementing menus, managing food costs, ordering supplies, training and supervising kitchen staff, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef and be well-versed in Indian cuisine. You should have excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse team of kitchen staff. Strong communication skills are also essential as you will be required to interact with customers and suppliers.
As an Indian Executive Chef in Dubai, you will work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen and maintain high-quality standards. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to handle high-pressure situations with ease.
